Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
Duty-free shopping is available in the International Departures area, in the Plaza Bali. Meanwhile, there is a variety of shopping choices in other areas, which include international stores such as Hermes, Fendi and Burberry's.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
The airport offers a variety of options for food and beverages. Passengers will find traditional Balinese eateries alongside international favourites such as McDonald's. Dining outlets open at 06:00 and close after the last flight departure.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
Passengers will find telephones throughout the airport, while financial services include banks and bureaux de change counters in both terminals. There is also a post office in the Domestic Departures Hall.
Business and Conference Facilities
Executive/VIP lounges operated by Citibank are available in both terminals and offer some basic business facilities. Meanwhile, an executive lounge can be found on the third floor of the International Terminal, at which Internet access is available and secretarial services can be hired.
Facilities
Standard disabled facilities are available at Bali International Airport and include lifts and ramps. Wheelchairs and extra assistance are available on request.
